Current Openings

  • The 2nd year Clinical Intern will have the potential to work with children, youth, adults, couples, and families to address challenging social and emotional issues. Students will have the opportunity to learn to:

    • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy utilizing an accepted clinical framework under supervision.

    • Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries using our electronic medical record system.

    • Provide client casework services to address clinical social service needs.

    • Provide crisis follow up services in partnership with Glencoe Public Safety.

    • Work collaboratively with community partners and FSG clinicians to plan and deliver education programs and events.

    • Assess client risk of harm, provide appropriate safety planning, and complete required reporting.

    • Adhere to professional standards of practice regarding clinical care and confidentiality.

    • Bilingual Spanish students will have the opportunity to offer services in English or Spanish

  • The Staff Therapist will have the opportunity to work with children, youth, adults, couples, and families to address challenging social and emotional issues. Position-specific responsibilities include:

    • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy utilizing an accepted clinical framework.

    • Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries using our electronic medical record system.

    • Provide client casework services to address clinical social service needs.

    • Provides crisis intervention services in partnership with Glencoe Public Safety.

    • Work collaboratively with a range of community partners and FSG colleagues to plan and deliver education programs and events.

    • Assess client risk of harm, provides appropriate safety planning, and completes required reporting.

    • Adhere to professional standards of practice regarding clinical care and confidentiality.
