What Is a Single Session Consultation?
A single-session consultation is a one-time, free meeting designed to address a specific concern or question. It can stand alone or serve as a starting point for additional support.
People often use these sessions to:
Talk through a current stressor or life transition
Get perspective on family, parenting, caregiving, or relationship concerns
Explore mental health resources and options
Decide whether ongoing counseling or services might be helpful
What to Expect
Length: Approximately 45–50 minutes
Cost: Free
Format: In person or virtual (based on availability)
