Lunch and Learn: Strengthening Our Mind Body Connection

In this one-hour virtual Lunch & Learn, we’ll explore how stress and emotional reactions often begin in the body—before we’re even aware of them. Drawing on somatic awareness principles, this session offers a compassionate framework for understanding why we react the way we do and how greater body awareness can increase flexibility, resilience, and choice. This presentation emphasizes practical insight over “fixing,” helping participants recognize stress responses with curiosity rather than judgment and strengthen their mind–body connection in everyday life.
