Recognizing and Shifting Generational Parenting Patterns

Community members of all ages are invited to join FSG Staff Therapist, Ana Balthazar, MFT, for a single-session workshop designed to support caregivers of all kinds—parents, grandparents, legal guardians, and more.

This interactive session will:

  • Help participants identify generational patterns in parenting.

  • Explore how caregivers’ own triggers can impact emotional regulation.

  • Teach practical skills for managing stress and navigating challenging moments.

  • Facilitate open discussion using real-life case studies.

The workshop aims to help caregivers recognize generational parenting patterns, understand how their own triggers affect emotional regulation, and build skills to better support children through challenges.

Event is online using Teams. A Teams meeting link will be sent out the week of the event.

Please RSVP using the form.
